Privacy Policy
Version 1.2 · 26 October 2026
This policy explains how AGORHUB S.R.L., the controller identified in Company details, processes personal data when you visit livegexlevels.com or use the LiveGexLevels application, under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is AGORHUB S.R.L. For anything in this policy, including your rights, write to legal@livegexlevels.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as Article 37 GDPR does not require one.
2. What we collect
Your e-mail address; your password, stored in a form we cannot read; an optional display name; if you sign in or register with Google, the e-mail address, the fact that Google has verified it and the name Google sends us, used only to create or open your account (never your Google password); records of the documents you accepted, your marketing choice and, on a paid plan, your request that it start immediately and any withdrawal, with the IP address and browser of the moment as evidence; the status of your subscription and, for the free trial, a non-reversible record of the payment method used; if you create an API key, what we need to recognise it and the software connected to it, including its IP address while connected; if you connect an AI app by signing in (for example Claude or ChatGPT), the name of the app, the address it returns to, when you connected it and when it last read data, and the codes that let it read on your behalf, kept only in a form we cannot read; your Telegram chat identifier if you link alerts; interface preferences; what you write to us; login and sign-up attempts with their IP address, to prevent abuse; and technical logs of requests to our servers. If you ask for the free guide on livegexlevels.com, with or without an account: the e-mail address you enter, the language, your subscription to the newsletter and free material (guides, videos, level recaps) and the version of the wording you agreed to, when you confirmed it by opening your personal link and when you unsubscribed, the date and time, a pseudonymised code derived from your IP address (never the address itself) and your browser type; the guide reaches you through a personal link, valid 7 days, of which we keep only a non-reversible code, its expiry and how many times it was used to download the guide. We do not collect special categories of data, advertising identifiers or data about anyone under 18.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the Service and your account: contract, Article 6(1)(b). Subscriptions and accounting: contract and legal obligation, Article 6(1)(b) and (c). Recording accepted documents, requests for immediate start and withdrawals: legal obligation and accountability, Article 6(1)(c), 7(1) and 5(2), and defence of legal claims, Article 6(1)(f). Security, abuse prevention (including one free trial per customer) and fault diagnosis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f). Marketing e-mail: only with your consent, Article 6(1)(a), never pre-ticked and withdrawable at any time. The free guide is sent to those who subscribe to the LiveGexLevels newsletter and free material: consent, Article 6(1)(a), never pre-ticked and withdrawable at any time with the one-click link in every e-mail; without the subscription the guide is not sent. We send the newsletter only once you have confirmed the address by opening the guide from your personal link. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. The data needed for the account is a condition of the contract.
4. Who else sees the data
Service providers acting on our instructions (hosting and infrastructure, e-mail delivery); Stripe (Link), as independent controller for paid plans, Google, as independent controller of its sign-in service, only if you use «Sign in with Google»; under the Link and Stripe privacy policies; Telegram, only if you link it; advisers and authorities where the law requires, and a buyer of our business after telling you. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Your data is stored in the European Union. Stripe and some of our service providers may transfer data to the United States, relying on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
Account data, API keys and connected AI apps: while the account exists (a connected app until you disconnect it), then deleted within 30 days of closure. Consent records: the life of the account and then 5 years; after closure only what is needed to prove what was accepted, without IP address. Security records and technical logs: 12 months. Free-trial record: as long as we offer a free trial. Accounting and tax records: 10 years. Correspondence: 24 months. Free-guide requests: 24 months, with the IP code and browser type deleted after 12 months and the code of the personal download link deleted 30 days after the link expired (the number of downloads stays with the request); your subscription to the newsletter and free material, until you withdraw it; a subscription never confirmed, or withdrawn, is deleted 24 months after the request. Data needed for a legal claim: until it is resolved.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You can also download your data and delete your account from your profile. Write to legal@livegexlevels.com: we answer within one month, extendable by two for complex requests, free of charge. You are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. You may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or to the authority where you live.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure; this does not limit your rights under Article 82 GDPR. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify the Garante and, where Article 34 requires, you.
9. One account for our services
An e-mail address is a single account across the services operated by AGORHUB; the service you signed up from is recorded, and each shows its own documents.
10. Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes; the version and date show which text is current. Material changes are notified to registered users before they take effect.
